Tell us your housing experiences

On 3rd December 2015, we launched ACORN in Newcastle and our campaign to tackle the private rented sector. For us to start doing that, we need to know more about who's doing what and how that's affecting people.

So we need to hear your experiences of renting. Whether good or bad, we want to hear from you.

Do you have a good landlord or letting agent offering you a great service? Repairs being done on time, fair rent and decent service.

Or have you been exploited and ripped off? With damp, mould, repairs not being done, deposits not returned, high fees, bad service and threatened with eviction.


1. List your renting experience below

This could include who was involved, when it happened, where it was, what (if anything) was done about it and the impact on you. If you have photos, email them to us (newcastle@acorncommunities.org.uk), or send them to us via Facebook (@acornnewcastle). We may get in touch with you about your story – to use as an example in the campaign, or to get more details.
